Where We Deliver
Good news: we send your sunset lamp to every corner of the United States. That means all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Right now, we are not shipping internationally, so if you are outside the US, we are sorry to miss you - but we hope to expand soon.
Getting Your Order Ready
Once you place your order, we get to work. Every order is processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). This is the time we need to pack your lamp carefully and hand it over to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships, so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Cost and Delivery Time
- Standard shipping: $15 flat rate for any order.
- Delivery window: 7-14 business days after your order ships.
- Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx - the choice depends on your location and package size.
Please keep in mind that the delivery window is an estimate in business days, not a guarantee. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays can occasionally push things a little later. If you have a deadline, we recommend ordering with extra time to spare.
If Your Package Goes Missing or Arrives Damaged
We know how frustrating it is when a package does not show up or arrives in bad shape. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you must let us know within 48 hours of the delivery date. This window helps us work quickly with the carrier to resolve the issue. Just email us at support@vodes.shop with your order number and a few details, and we will take it from there.

Before you hit that order button, please take a moment to confirm your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided. If you realize you made a typo, contact us immediately at support@vodes.shop - if your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to fix it before dispatch.
