1. What exactly do you sell? We sell sunset projection lamps that turn your wall into a warm, glowing sunset. They use LED light to project a smooth orange-to-pink gradient, with a slow rotation option to mimic the sun moving. Each lamp includes a remote, a USB power cable, and a stand. It is not a video projector - it is a static light scene that looks like a real sunset.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are in a U.S. territory not listed, contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Shipping costs are flat and calculated at checkout based on your address.
3. What are the shipping options and times? Standard shipping costs $15 and takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. We process orders within 1-3 business days before handing them to the carrier. We do not offer express shipping yet, but we are working on it. For faster delivery, order early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
4. What is your return policy? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The lamp must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first at support@vodes.shop to get a return authorization. You pay for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Once we receive it, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
5. How do I track my order? After your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you provided. The link will show carrier progress, usually via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show movement after dispatch. If you do not see an email, check spam or contact us and we will resend it.
6. Can I use the lamp while sleeping? Yes, but it is not a night light. The lamp projects a bright sunset scene that can be dimmed to a low glow. For sleeping, we recommend setting the rotation off and dimming to the lowest level. The lamp has a timer function that can be set to turn off after 30, 60, or 120 minutes, so you can fall asleep without manual shutoff.
7. How do I clean and maintain the lamp? Clean the lens with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to keep the projection sharp. Avoid using liquids or sprays directly on the lens. The lamp has a built-in LED that lasts for thousands of hours, so there is no bulb to replace. If the lamp gets warm, that is normal; just ensure the vents are not blocked.
8. Is the lamp safe for kids and pets? The lamp runs on low-voltage USB power (5V/2A) and does not get hot enough to burn skin. The rotating motor is silent and gentle. However, the cord can be a trip hazard, so place it out of walkways. We recommend adult supervision for children under 3 years old, and do not let pets chew on the cord.
